Exclusive: Michael Tellinger Interview
This is a must see interview with Michael Tellinger about the "birth" of mankind, woops, sorry! Personkind. What we have been taught in school (Darwinism) is just not true. There is another story, and we must be awake to hear it.
And no, it's not fundamentalist clap-trap!

Gotcha! by Eldon Taylor - a Book Review
I have just read a book called Gotcha! The Subordination of Free Will by New York Times best selling author, Eldon Taylor, that has only just been published. It is an illuminating look into the question of who really is controlling our life, our mind, and everything around us. The author, at the same time, dares us to start asking questions about our decisions, and where we are heading.
Eldon Taylor shouts out a wake up call to everyone to take a stand against the coming tyranny of megalithic companies and the psychopathic elite at the top of the pyramid of madness. These companies, and the elite that seem to somehow get elected to Government, and who also own the companies, would love to create a slave race. They, of course, would always remain at the top of this pyramid.
They desire to create a two-tier society. That's them at the top, and us, that's you and me, as their slaves at the bottom. You don't get to join this satanic elite unless you have the correct family name, belong to the correct secret society, or will happily submit to very strange and deadly satanic rituals. Being mega-rich helps too.
Conspiracy theorists have been warning us for decades of this fast coming tyranny, but have been laughed at by the so-called intelligentsia for far too long. Eldon Taylor, with the publication of his best selling book, Gotcha!, shines a beacon on a path for the every-man to finally follow and find the truth for themselves. Maybe, just maybe, those conspiracy theorists have been right all along. The question is - have you been listening?
Folks, we are being constantly manipulated and herded like cattle into situations and lifestyles not of our own making or desire. We are, and have been for far too long, being played for fools. This is all being done to benefit an extraordinarily small segment of society called the elite, or the mega-rich, who, by their very nature, are psychopaths. They don't give a damn, as long as they get what they want. Welcome to your brave new world!
I highly recommend this book to everyone and feel it should be taught from in schools.
Wake up sheeple!
Gotcha! The Subordination of Free Will is published by R.K.Books, and should be available from all good book retailers, both offline and online.

Fear Not
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. we ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually who are we not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; it's in everyone. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.

Both Sides Now
Everything in this physical world, which we'll call "This Side", has it's mental counterpart on the "Other Side" - our Real Self. The mental counterpart (the Other Side), which was created first, is more complete, accurate and precise - it is as it should be. However, on This Side, it's completion, accuracy and precision is dependent on the materials we have on hand to create it.
Our thoughts are not in our head, but are from our Real Self in the non-material. Ponder on that.
"The World as we have created it is a process of our thinking. It cannot be changed without changing our thinking".
- Albert Einstein

To Risk
To laugh is to risk appearing a fool
To weep is to risk appearing sentimental
To reach out to another is to risk involvement,
To expose feelings is to risk exposing your true self
To place your ideas and dreams before a crowd is to risk their loss
To love is to risk not being loved in return,
To hope is to risk despair,
To try at all is to risk failure
But risks must be taken because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
The person who risks nothing, does nothing, has nothing, is nothing.
He may avoid suffering and sorrow,
But he cannot learn, feel, change, grow or live.
Chained by his servitude he is a slave who has forfeited all freedom.
Only a person who risks is free.
Author unknown, but has been variously attributed to William Arthur Ward, Ralph Waldo Emerson, Leo Buscaglia, and Anonymous.

Simple Self-Hypnosis
Most people are surprised at how easy it is to learn self-hypnosis - it really is very simple. Self-hypnosis is a tool that can make a lot of things work so much better in life.
We usually associate self-hypnosis as a person listening to an mp3, CD, or other mass-produced media purchased online. They are usually purchased with a specific topic in mind, such as weight loss, smoking cessation, confidence issues etc.
Although often quite beneficial, this kind of self-hypnosis is generally prepared by someone who has never met, nor will ever meet, the person wishing assistance. For example, if you sunburn easily, the last thing you would ever want to hear suggested is a slow walk on a sunny beach. Your immediate reaction may be to inwardly recoil with a "no, I can't do that", and the "spell" is broken. So, in this case the "self" in self-hypnosis simply means that you listen to it by yourself come what may.
The most beneficial form of self-hypnosis would necessarily be designed and created by the very person who will ultimately use and benefit from it. Unlike the mass-produced pre-recorded hypnosis mp3's, this hypnosis is custom made for the exact purpose the user wishes, including the precise words and phrases that mean the most to that particular person. Thus, true self-hypnosis is crafted by the end user to suit his or her own needs precisely, a personal, one-of-a-kind hypnosis script. In this case the "self" in self-hypnosis really does mean what it says - that you are hypnotised by yourself.
Below is a brief outline of the self-hypnosis process. Though lots of variations of this method have been and are being used, these are the basic steps you have to go through in order to hypnotise yourself to accomplish the changes you may desire.
1. Be specific about the change you need to make. don't be flippy-floppy here. If you feel you need more confidence, ask yourself what sort of confidence. You may be very confident at changing a tap washer if you are a plumber, but the confidence you chase may be to speak before a large meeting of fellow plumbers.
2. Formulate and write down a script that suits you perfectly. Spend a little time here, be very personal - this is for your own ears only and no one else will ever see or hear it. Perform re-writes until you are perfectly satisfied.
3. Commit your script to memory or record to mp3 using your computer or similar recording devise. If committing to memory don't get hung up on being too exact - it's the general intentional drift that is important.
4. Make an appointment with yourself - you would make an appointment with your doctor without even thinking about it - so make one with yourself - and stick to it! Diarise, make a note, whatever you need to do, whatever it takes, just do it. You are important. Schedule this appointment with yourself daily or otherwise as suits your situation.
5. Be alone - be very alone. Switch off the phone, close the blinds, lock the door, put the dog or cat outside (they will still love you afterwards). Get rid of all possible distractions.
6. The relaxation phase. Use the first few minutes of your self-hypnosis session to get as relaxed as possible. Get comfortable, close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and try to forget all your worries and problems - this is your time and your time alone. Begin with your feet - feel them in your mind and/or physically tense them and then let them go - feel them letting go and relaxing. Repeat this procedure with your legs, hips, mid-section, chest, arms, neck, face (especially the jaw), and head. Take your time. Don't worry about being perfect the first time. Just have a go and let the perfection come naturally with practice. Finish this part with "my mind is clear and open and I am relaxed".
7. Say to yourself the memorised script you had prepared earlier or press the play button on your device. Stay focused, and if your mind should wander, just gently bring yourself back to focus. A better alternative is to also record your relaxation phase to your device followed by your script. By far the best way, of course, is to make the effort to memorise both. So much simpler.
8. At the end of the script say to yourself "I am awake, refreshed, energised and happy. I love life and life loves me". Stretch your arms wide and take a deep breath and notice how much better you now feel.
9. Measure your progress. Are things improving as you had hoped? If not, be ready to fine tune your script. Live in positive expectation. Expect that your situation has improved and the desired result is now yours. Unless the situation is dangerous, deliberately test the water by putting yourself into the situation that was previously causing angst. At all costs, avoid avoidance.
10. Most important of all - be gentle with yourself.

Perfect Ain't So Perfect
Even though we all wish and aim for the perfect life - it won't be. The truth is that nothing of value is ever perfect because, if it was, we could no longer learn and grow from it.
Most of your best times will be your worst times. When bad stuff happens, your better self kicks in as you get the opportunity to rise above yourself and challenge adversity. Some times you win, sometimes you may lose. In the end it really doesn't matter. The important thing is that you rose to the challenge and you learned some lessons.
So strive to love and appreciate any hard times that may come your way for that's where you will discover that you were far stronger than you ever believed you could be.
You are stronger than you think and perfect isn't perfect.
